Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Vacancy Details:
1) Research Associate: 04 Posts
Qualification: Post Graduation in Psychology/ Education or Management with specialization in HR with minimum 55% marks from recognized universities/ institutes.

2) Hindi Translator: 02 Posts
Qualification: Masters degree of a recognised university in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as medium of examination at the degree level or Masters degree of a recognised university in English with Hindi as compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age, Educational Qualifications & Post Qualification Work Experience (As on 01.11.2014): 

Minimum: 21 years Maximum: 30 years 

I.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.11.1984 and not later than 01.11.1993(both dates inclusive)

Mode of Selection:Candidates who have been shortlisted in the Online examination will subsequently be called for further process of interview which may include Group discussion, item writing tests, Hindi translation test (for Hindi translators) and an Interview .

How to Apply: Candidates can register only from 02.10.2014 to 16.10.2014 and no other mode of application will be accepted.
