33rd 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES) Course Commencing from July 2015

Applications are invited from unmarried male who have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects and fulfill the eligibility conditions for the grant of Permanent Commission/ SSC in the Indian Army.

• Posts : 90 posts
• Qualification : 10+2 (PCM) with 70% marks.
• Age : 16 and half to 19 and half years i.e. born between 01 Jan 1996 and and 01 Jan 1999 (both days inclusive)
• Physical Standard: min. height 152 cm and weight 42 kg., better eye 6/6 and worst eye 6/18
• Type of Commission : On successful completion of 4 years of the course cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of Lt. in Arms/Services as per discretion of Army Hq.
• Pay Scale : Candidates will be entitled to pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400 plus MSP Rs.6000 and other allowances.

Method of Selection: Only selected (shortlisted) candidates will be called for Service Selection Board (SSB) interview at Allahabad, Bhopal and Bangalore for fives selection process. In which candidates will be put through Psychological test, Group Test and Interview.

Edcuational Qualification: Only those candidates who have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised education boards are eligible to apply for this entry. Eligibility conditions for calculating % of PCM will be followed as per the present guidelines/ instructions in vogue of various state/ central Boards.

Age Limit: A candidate must not be below 16½ years and above 19½ years on the first day of the month in which the course is commencing i.e. the candidate should not be born before 01 Jan 1996 and not after 01 Jan 1999 (both days inclusive).

Mode of Selection: Selection will be made for the short listed candidates through intervew.

Indian Army has invited applications for the recruitment of Grant of 44th Short Service Commission (Tech) Men and 15th Short Service Commission (Tech) Women Course. Eligible engineering graduates can apply latest by 23.07.2014. 44th Short Service Commission (Tech) Men and 15th Short Service Commission (Tech) Women Course (April 2015)

Eligible Conditions:

Required Qualification: Engineering Degree or appeared in the final year examination of Engineering course.Candidates should have passed Engineering Degree or appeared in the final year examination of Engineering course. The candidates appearing in the final year examination of Degree Course should be able to produce the Engineering Degree within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at OTA.

Required Age: 

(i) SSC(Tech)-44 Men and SSC(Tech)-15 Women :-20 to 27 years at the time of commencement of course. Born between 02 Apr 88 and 01 Apr 95 (both dates inclusive).

(ii) For widows of Defence Personnel with four years age relaxation- SSCW(Non Tech) - 19 to 29 Years. Born not earlier than 02 Jan 86 and not later than 01 Jan 96 (Both dates inclusive).

(iii) For SSCW(Tech) - 20 to 31 Years. Born not earlier than 02 Apr 84 and not later than 01 Apr 95 (Both dates inclusive)

Scale of Pay:

The candidates will be given a stipend of Rs. 21,000/- p.m. (Rs 15,600/- as pay in Pay Band plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/-).

(b) Physical Standards.

(c) Medical Examination.
(c) Interviews will be held in Dec/Jan 2015 onwards.
