The Indian Air Force has invited applications for the posts of Airmen in Group Y trades for unmarried Male Indian citizens of all the Districts of State of Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya, Assam, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura. Eligible candidates can submit application form from 13th July to 17th July,2014 from 07:00 AM on-wards. Other eligibility conditions like required qualifications, required age, registration fee, mode of selection are mentioned below.

(a)Candidates should be born between 01 November 1994 to 30 November 1997 (both days inclusive). (b) 21 years as upper age limit on date of enrollment.

(a) Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central/State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

(b) Passed Two year Vocational Course affiliated/recognised by CBSE / State Education Boards / Councils duly recognised at par with 10+2 by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.
Mode of Selection: Selection will be based on written test, Physical Fitness Test, interview, medical examination.
