Paschim Banga Gramin Bank has released notification for the posts of Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I) Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) for those who have qualified at the Common Written Examination for RRBs conducted by IBPS in September & October 2013. Paschim Banga Gramin Bank Vacancy details

1) Office Scale-I: 37 Qualification: Degree in any discipline or its equivalent and proficiency in local language.

2) Office Scale-II A) Treasury Officer: 01
Qualification: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a reputed Institute.
B) Law Officer: 01
Qualification: Degree in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
C) Agriculture Officer: 05
Qualification: Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
D) IT Officer: 03
Qualification: Degree in Electronics/ Communication/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
E) General Banking Officer: 14 Posts
Qualification: Degree in any discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

3) Office Assistatn (Multipurpose): 68 Qualification: Degree in any discipline and proficiency in local language.

Age (As on 01-07-2013) 

• Officer Scale- II Above 21 years - Below 32 years 
• Officer Scale- I Above 18 years - Below 28 years 
• Office Assistant Between 18 years and 28 years

The relaxation in upper age limit is cumulative as per Govt. of India guidelines. 

Application Fee: Rs. 20/- for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates and Rs.100/- for all others candidates. 

Mode of Selection: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September & October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
